Mould Core Making
Consistent sand and cores are the foundation of a sound casting. Our moulding shop runs continuous sand mixing with automated resin dosing and dedicated core drying, so every mould goes to the melt shop with stable, repeatable properties.
Continuous sand mixers — Omega
- 1 × 35 MT/hour continuous mixer
- 1 × 10 MT/hour continuous mixer
Resin system
- Furan-based resin binder system.
- Automatic feeding of resin & catalyst to maintain consistent sand properties batch after batch.
Core making
- Semi-automatic core manufacturing with a dedicated core drier.
- In-house coating and drying of thermocole patterns for the Full Mould process.
- Dedicated core drier unit for the conventional moulding process.
