Melting Furnace
Clean, precisely-controlled molten metal is produced on medium-frequency induction furnaces, giving us the flexibility to run everything from large production heats to small specialist melts while holding tight chemistry with real-time information flow to the floor.

- 2 crucibles of 6 MT each
- 2 crucibles of 2 MT — dual-track furnace
- 1 crucible of 500 kg
Pouring & information flow
- Pouring ladles ranging from 500 kg to 6 MT.
- Andon system — used to quickly and efficiently pass the key information of chemical analysis to the melt floor.
